Rates are in US Dollar and are subject to VAT and FSC

Exchange rates shall be based on the prevailing IATA Rate.

A DHL tracking number may be provided upon request

Chargeable weight is based on whichever is higher between actual weight and volume weight

Volume metric weight is computed in cm using L x W x H/3500 of the package

Rates are VAT EXCLUSIVE

Insurance fee is optional. The courier’s insurance fee is 1% of the declared value and computed in increments to the nearest Php 500.00

For example, a declared amount of Php 1,000.00 will be computed at Php 1,500.00. The insurance fee will then be Php 15.00

The Express Mail Service (EMS) option is coursed through the Singapore Post postal system or Philpost. The average transit time is 3 to 7 business days.

• Premium Registered Mail (Postal)

7 to 15 Business Days

The Premium Registered Mail (Postal) options is an accelerated airmail service that is coursed through the Singapore Post postal system or Philpost. Unlike regular registered mail, this service offers detailed online tracking from pick-up to delivery in 88 countries so you know where your package is every step of the way.
